The Court Intervention Program (CIP) is the 19th JDC’s organizational structure for several interrelated programs at the court. Some of these programs are preexisting, but many are in the process of being implemented in 2024. The transition in the criminal justice process is an exciting time for both the 19th JDC and the East Baton Rouge community!
