Bail Bond Program

NOTE: In 2024, Bail Bonds will become the PRETRIAL SERVICES PROGRAM.

The 19th Judicial District Court Bail Bond Program is under the direction of Mr. Gerard Guidry. The program assists the Judges and Commissioners in setting bonds for arrestees with District Court charges.

The Bail Bond Program may also assist those seeking to act as surety for arrestee by serving as an Unsecured Personal Surety (Sign-Out) or as a Secured Personal Surety (Property Bond).

You Must Appear In Person To Be Surety.
