19th Judicial District Court Parish of East Baton Rouge
  •  Attend substance abuse treatment groups three nights per week
  •  Submit to random drug screens a minimum of twice weekly
  •  Appear weekly for status review with Drug Court Judge
  •  Pay monthly Drug Court and Probation fees
  •  Attend three 12-step meetings per week
  •  Obtain/maintain full-time employment or student status

Phase I advancement requirements include:

  •  30 consecutive days drug-free and sanction-free
  •  Participation in all treatment groups
  •  Current fee payments
  •  Full-time employment or student status

Phase II advancement requirements include:

  •  30 consecutive days drug-free
  •  30-60 consecutive days sanction-free
  •  Participation in all treatment groups for 30 consecutive days
  •  Current fee payments

Full-time employment or student status   

 PHASE IV (Min. 14 weeks) 

  •   Attend substance abuse treatment group one night per week
  •   Submit to random drug screens twice weekly
  •   Appear monthly for status review with Drug Court Judge
  •   Pay monthly Drug Court and Probation fees
  •   Attend four 12-step meetings per week
  •   Maintain full-time employment or student status
  •   Complete 32 hours of community service
  •   Develop an after care plan

Phase IV advancement requirements include:

  •   Six consecutive months drug-free
  •  30-90 days sanction-free
  • Consistent attendance at all court appearances, 12-step meetings, and treatment team appointments
  •  Completion of community service
  •  Completion of after care plan
  •  Full-time employment or student status

  •   Attend two 12-step meetings per week
